Hi , I am Vijay Menghani, working in power sector since last 17 years. I am BE ( Hons) from MREC Jaipur and MBA ,FMS Delhi. i am working in Central Electrcity Regulatory Commission and to have views of all stakeholder i am starting this blog. Through this blog i would try to raise issue which can not be addressed through normal office procedure and want an informal independent discussion on all subjects related to power sector in India.
